No, there is no app for iOS or Android operating systems. I've checked both stores and no results could be found. On your mobile, you can use OpenVPN connect if you have a VPN server or use the built-in VPN features available within Android.
Note: Pin or Pattern needs to be enabled for Lockscreen Security before you can actually enable the VPN service.
I have a problem (internal fatal error) with this software operated on Windows 10. Any proposals? Support is very much appreciated.

I didn't find the software available for downloading, but it you know the exact model of your device, then you can use the link posted below to check for all the available downloads.
Input the number, reach the desired page and select Windows 10 as the operating system, then the downloads will be filtered out and only the compatible ones will be shown.
